Session 2 is 4.45pm – 5.30pm (Court 4) SESSION IS FULLL (as of 15/7/24)

It is a four week training block only, and the sessions will follow a similar format to last term and cover off on:
Includes: Individual Shooting Development
- Shot analysis
- Catch and Shoot
- Shoot off the dribble
- Shoot off the move
- Progress tested with shooting tests.
