Commencing Thursday 12th of February
Group #1: 4.00pm – 4.45pm (Court 4)
Group #2: 4.45pm – 5.30pm (Court 4)
Group #3: 5.30pm – 6.15pm (Court 4)
It is a 6 week training block ($20 per session, $120 for the term), and the sessions will follow the below format:
Includes:
- Individual Shooting Development
- Shot analysis
- Catch and Shoot
- Shoot off the dribble
- Shoot off the move
- Progress tested with shooting tests.
Located on Court 4 at Southern Basketball Centre, session dates below:
- Session #1: Thursday12th Feb
- Session #2: Thursday19th Feb
- Session #3: Thursday26th Feb
- Session #4: Thursday5th Mar
- Session #5: Thursday12th Mar
- Session #6: Thrusday19th Mar
