Thank you to Melbourne United and their friends at Roll’d Vietnamese who commenced their hunt for Victoria’s best 3-point shooter.
Over 100 young athletes gathered at Melbourne United’s home, Hoop City where the quest began. Our very own Sabres boys, Joshua Blaikie and Zach Veneziano shot their way through to the finals and competed in the Grand Final on Sunday 16th October at John Cain Arena at half time of Melbourne United’s game against the Tasmania JackJumpers.
Josh Blaikie came out and put on a clinic for the crowd and was crowned Victoria’s best 3-point shooter.
Congratulations Blake, what an incredible achievement and a big shoutout to Zach for making the final 3.
