The Sandringham Sabres would like to formally announce recent signing to the NBL1 South women’s team, Isis Lopes
Lopes joins the Sabres after spending her 2023 NBL1 season with the Kilsyth Cobras. A 5’11 combo guard, Lopes possesses a knack for scoring the basketball, with her high-level slashing and perimeter shooting making her a tough cover on the perimeter.
Lopes is set for a big NBL1 campaign, after spending time with the WNBL side, Southside Flyers as a development player, under the influence of Kerryn Mitchell.
