We’re thrilled to announce that Cheryl Chambers will return as Head Coach of our NBL1 South Sandringham Sabres Women for the 2027 season! 🧡
After an outstanding first season at the helm, we couldn’t be more excited to have Cheryl continuing to lead our Women’s program.
Cheryl guided the team through an incredible 2026 season, narrowly missing out on an NBL1 South Grand Final by just one win.
Beyond the results, Cheryl has brought an incredible culture to our Women’s program, creating an environment built on connection, development, high standards and a genuine belief in our athletes.
We’re so excited to see what Cheryl and the team can achieve together in 2027.
